Meet Raaka Chocolate, a Brooklyn-based chocolate company that is devoted to making uncommonly delicious chocolate that captures the brighter, bolder and fruitier side of cacao. They make every bar from scratch with unroasted cacao beans, sourced from growers they trust and admire. The unique flavor of their unroasted chocolate is part place, part process. They craft all of their bars in celebration of each cacao origin's unique character. All of Raaka's chocolate is certified organic, certified kosher, vegan, soy free, gluten free, and Non-GMO and made with ethically sourced, transparently traded unroasted cacao. 

Flavors:

  • Oat Milk - this bar reminds us of homemade granola covered in chocolate; it could be breakfast, but it could also be dessert. Cane sugar-free. We’ve made it with Peruvian cacao, oats, pure maple sugar, toasted coconut, and a dash of vanilla bean.
  • Cookies & Cream - the flavor you grew up with, but vegan, organic, and gluten-free. Flecks of our house-made chocolate gluten-free cookies in vanilla-infused vegan coconut white chocolate.
  • Strawberry Coconut - a super strong dark chocolate with no added sugar. Keto and paleo friendly. This bar packs a big punch! Make sure you are looking for something that is not sweet and a good option for health focused people.
  • Bananas Foster - we craft this bar with perfectly ripe bananas, fruity Tanzanian cacao, house caramelized sugar, and vanilla bean. Our tribute to the iconic New Orleans dessert. Brimming with buttery, ripe banana notes, and rousing fruity cocoa flavor, one bite of this will send you dancing in the street.
  • Bourbon Cast Aged - we age single origin Tanzanian cacao nibs in spent bourbon casks for two months, creating a deeply nuanced bar with a cocktail-like vibe: oaky and smooth, with a hint of cherry cordial on the finish. During the aging process, the nibs soak up the essence of bourbon stored in the oak before they are ground and mixed with a house blend of cane and maple sugar.
  • Coconut Milk - we grind shredded coconut with cacao for a creamy, full-bodied vegan "milk" chocolate with velvet melt and a fruity, strawberry note on the finish. One bite and you'll find yourself sitting on a beach somewhere, with all memories of traditional milk chocolate melting away.
  • Green Tea Crunch - this bar is dedicated to the kid inside us all. Toasty genmaicha green tea-infused dark chocolate filled with crispy puffed quinoa for a comforting adult treat with a nostalgic crunch.
  • Maple & Nibs - this maple-sweetened bar tastes like a brownie straight out of the oven. Rich and smooth on the inside, generously sprinkled with toasted cacao nibs for a crispy, crunchy outside. A longtime factory favorite. Perfect for those looking for alternative sugars. Cane sugar free and paleo friendly.
  • Pink Sea Salt - a fruity, complex salted dark chocolate to end all salted dark chocolates. Made with single origin cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm and fermentary within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic, and sprinkled with Peruvian pink salt sourced from Salt of The Earth Co.
