Drizzle is an early harvest extra virgin olive oil that is harvested in the first 2 weeks of October in Spain, when the olives are very small, very hard, and very green. When pressed, these tiny hard olives yield a very small amount of oil. That oil is super concentrated and packed with flavor, which is why we recommend eating it raw. You can use it on and around things like ice cream, pesto, popcorn, salads, sandwiches or even directly on your tongue. A little drizzle goes a long way! Shelf life: 12–24 months. Made in Spain.
