Making Kit Contents:

Everything Bagel and Cream Cheese - baking mix, baking yeast, malt powder, everything bagel spice, vegetable rennet, and cheese cloth.

Cinnamon Roll - baking mix, baking yeast, cinnamon sugar mix, and icing mix.

Fresh Italian Cheese - cheese basket, cheese thermometer, cheese cloth, vegetable rennet, citric acid, and cheese salt.

Hot Sauce - 1/2 gallon glass fermentation jar, glass fermentation weight, lid with airlock, and kosher salt.

Kraut - 1/2 gallon glass fermentation jar, glass fermentation weight, lid with airlock, glass writing pencil, kosher salt, and caraway seeds.

Margherita Pizza - comes with the specialty equipment and ingredients needed to create both the pizza dough and mozzarella completely from scratch.
